Request an application form and complete all the required information. Please ensure that all your details are clear and readable.
- Register as a club member.
- Pay the once-off joining fee of R350.
- Club policies and procedures are available upon request.
Contribute
Pay a monthly contribution of R1,000 from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027.
We Buy in Bulk
OSW combines members’ purchasing requirements and negotiates with manufacturers and major suppliers to secure competitive bulk purchasing arrangements.
Receive Groceries Quarterly
Grocery distributions are planned every three months, providing members with convenient quarterly grocery allocations.
Convenient Delivery
Depending on the applicable delivery arrangement, groceries may be distributed through:
- Courier services
- Designated collection points
- Consolidated club deliveries

- Step 4: Coordination & Execution OSW manages the full service delivery process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Step 5: Performance Monitoring Supplier performance and service outcomes are tracked and recorded.
